If the results do not support a physical release, we may choose to continue with a digital-only release. FAQ
✱ WHAT IS A ZINE?
A zine is any collection of work that is independently or small-batch published. Zines have a rich history in fandom, counterculture, music, and politics. This project is a fan zine, meaning it has a central theme around a specific fandom—in this case, Tokyo Revengers!✱ HOW WILL THIS ZINE WORK?
The project will start with an interest check to gauge interest for the project. Should there be enough interest, contributor applications will open for both artists and writers. Folks who are interested in contributing will apply, and after the window closes, those who are accepted will be notified. Once all of the artists and writers have been notified, they will have three months to create a piece for the zine. The mods will compile all of them into a single work—and ta-da—a zine is born!✱ DO YOU NEED ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE?

Depending on the interest check results, we are anticipating around 30 contributors! This is not a hard cut-off, but an estimate.✱ CAN I APPLY/ CONTRIBUTE AS AN ARTIST AND A WRITER?
Yes! You may apply for as many positions as you'd like, but you may only formally accept up to two positions should you be accepted to more.✱ WILL THIS BE A FOR-PROFIT PROJECT?
Nope. This is a fully volunteer based project. All proceeds will benefit charity, however we have yet to announce which charity we will choose.✱ I WANT TO APPLY AS A CONTRIBUTOR, WHAT SHOULD I SUBMIT?
We want to see your work! In order to apply, we will ask for a portfolio of works that are relevant to the position you are applying for. None of the pieces need to be Tokyo Revengers related, but it is certainly a plus! More information will be released once it is time for contributor applications.
